The Facebook Chat Bots

Facebook Messenger Bot is a new Facebook application that allows users to engage in automated online conversations. Users can build bot profiles, add comments and interact with other Bot users. Facebook Chatbot is not an actual product but rather a Facebook application that uses the Facebook Messenger Bot as an interface to the Facebook platform. The Facebook Chatbot was recently released for testing purposes to generate interest in the application.

Facebook has created partnerships with a number of popular websites to provide a faster customer experience to Facebook users. One of the most important features of the Facebook Chatbot is its ability to deliver suggestions to customers based on conversations happening in the Bot's chat room. This capability will allow Facebook users to have more interaction with their friends while reducing the time spent in chat rooms. The Facebook chatbot will also be able to make blog posts from its own internal system which means that the customer service provided by Facebook will be significantly improved.

To get started, a Facebook user needs to have a Facebook business page so that he or she can create a Bot. The Bot can be integrated into the Facebook business page to fill in information such as a contact name, logo, and website domain. Facebook will then assign a chatfuel ID for the Bot to connect to a URL that has been assigned by the developer.

A welcome message is usually seen in the top right corner of the Facebook chat application. The Bot will then ask for input by the user. The user will be asked to enter his or her name, email address, and the type of account they wish to use. Facebook will ask the Bot user to select a frequently asked question (FAQ) or two. The FAQ will likely cover Artificial Intelligence, which Facebook has been working on for quite some time.

Another frequently asked question (FAQ) related to Artificial Intelligence is how will Facebook's ChatBot function with customer service representatives? Facebook will not allow the ChatBot application to communicate directly with customer service representatives because they do not understand the technology or have experience with it. Therefore, the Bot will provide answers to commonly asked questions via text or voice messages. This is done after the Bot is given permission by the Facebook user. The ChatBot is capable of providing answers to questions via its artificially intelligent system called the Knowledge Box.

Facebook has four different types of chat Bots including the Facebook Chatbot, Facebook Bot, Facebook Smile Bot, and Facebook Live Bot. The Facebook Smile Bot is the first of the four to be launched. It allows users to create and customize their own Facebook emoticons. Users can also choose from thousands of free emoticons. Once a user has chosen an emoticon, he or she may share the emoticon via chat or voice message. This feature is similar to that of Twitter's Emoticon.

Facebook Live Bots are the last two to launch. They are capable of conducting group conversations as well as performing tasks commonly asked questions. In the event that a user would type a phrase such as "I'm at a loss", then the bot would automatically begin a video stream that includes one or more of the chat Bots in conversation with other members in the room. The latest Facebook Messenger Bot, the Facebook Smile Bot, is capable of performing facial gestures as well as speaking the user's name, allowing them to speak using either a monotone or a range of high-pitched voices. A nice feature in the welcome message which was mentioned above is that the Bot can actually answer a question and ask another question related to it.

As Facebook expands into chatbot development, the company is making it a point to hire the best artificial intelligence developers in the world who are willing to work on different projects for different platforms. Currently, Facebook is focused on becoming the biggest social network in the world, and in order to do that they need to develop as many different tools as they can. Chat Bots may be the last of these tools that they release in order to meet their goal. It has been speculated that the next Chat Bot project will be focused on Facebook fan pages, but that may change once the company has actually put out a bot for its own fan page.
